I'm at the point in the campaign where i need to war Lord Markinn, and there is a beach south of gilden that would be a good place to dock. but when i get a unit close (right next to) the city of Tan-Takreet, nothing happens.  The other 2 cities responded when i got within 2 squares of them.

The influence from my nearby city has overtaken Tan-Takreet so maybe that is what is causing the issue?

I also have a log message that says "Your forces in the central Plains will have to wait until their companions can strike from the sea." But i can't move my units more than 1 square on the land nearby when i offload them from the ship, so it appears that I am stuck.

Is there any way to get around this?
