Land Mass and the Cartographer's Table crash

When I go to make a new game, single player, it doesn't show the Land Mass bit of it so I can choose to play on a continent, islands, or a combination of the two, as is said on the box and in the manual. I click on New Game in the main menu and the Land Mass doesn't show up for me at all. I have no option to play on a large continent or a group of continents which is what I prefer. I had to go make my own map to play it that way. Other than that the game is fine, well except for the crashes in the Cartographer's table, but those are tolerable. I would still like to see them leave.

Please open your debug.err file in notepad, and link the contents into a post here via pastebin. This will give us some technical information that can help troubleshoot your problem.

The file can be found in My Documents\My Games\Elemental

Be sure to copy the debug immediately after the error occurs; if you start the game again, the debug log will be erased and recreated for the new session.

If there was a dump zip created in C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic on Windows XP), please post that too.

Well, seeing as how it happens all the time I'm gonna say it doesn't matter when I get the log now does it? But I was wondering how many others can't choose their land mass. Which is my biggest concern for right now and is what I want fixed so that is why I didn't post the debug.err file. Should I still post it for this problem or what? Because it doesn't crash the game or anything it just won't let me choose a land mass I want to play on.
