Problems with accessing the Mod Library

Currently, I am not able to access the Mod Library. Whenever I am trying to login, I get the following error message: "Your Impulse account does not have access to this titel. If you have a serial number, please register it in Impulse." Elemental is registered in my Impulse account, though, I even downloaded it from there via digital download and started it several times through Impulse. Did anyone else encounter this problem and can help me there?

One reason for this bug could be that I have recently changed the E-Mail address of my Impulse Account, becausee the digital downlad of Elemental was linked to the E-Mail address of my Paypal account which i used for payment and I could not access the game otherwise.
