[Suggestion] Heroes and Sovereign Personal Retinue

Some people express often disappoint for leaders falling in battle against weaklings... improving the ai is important of course but why not giving them some permanent retinue of assasins/guardians/pets based on levels to defend it better... buyable or acquiring with experience... for personal i mean... in the same unit... and also for off combat defense

alternatively... some build up to give em major and greater power (beyond human)
