Damaged Disc

I recently got a new computer, and was looking to reinstall SOASE, but to my dismay, I find that my disc is horribly horribly scratched, most likely beyond repair.  However, I still have the product key of the game (which I bought retail).  Is there anyway to download the game from the website using my retail product key?

get the latest (1.191)

enjoy

options (if you so desire)

delete Impulse (it takes up a whooping 1 MB to run in the background)

or

buy the expansions (a bargain at $10 each and are worth $20, still)
