[Suggestion][Great Idea]Better ways of Training Units using Training Plans

Designing Training Plans and using my Hero to train my unit

I want a trainer to train my pitiful troop to the way I like it >.>

AM I being too greedy? AM I asking too much?? >.>

This may sound radical, but it shouldn't be too much

Training troops doesn't look very personal to me. if my troop dies in the battle, it just die in the battle, I want them to be meaningful to me.

all troop trained in the city have the same stat no matter what unless you add in stat changing packs.

The way troop train in the city and how long it will be done training doesn't look very fun. I mean, currently training troops gives no favor at all!!!!! I want the same fun of designing him/her as well training him/her. That mean I want them to have certain stat after they are trained, so they can be a better archer, scout, mage, warrior or whatever

currently you just go to the unit design screen, design a unit and train it, depending on how many equipment it use and the unit total cost, the unit will be done in X amount of turns

My idea is having another screen beside the unit design screen. I want a Training plan screen, that let me alter my troops stat and perhaps train my unit to be able to use certain skills after they are done training.

for example, one of my training plans, Ninja Training plans(with Quality set on Veteran and Quantity to individual)

Stat it gives  after training 20 turns using my Ninja Training plan

moves 3

strength 15

dexterity 10

Essence 0

Intelligence 10

Charisma 0

Constitution 8

Combat Speed 4

Special abilities: Swordsmanship Lv1(able to use melee weapon), Marksman Lv2(able to use all range weapon, plus 3 attacks with range weapon), Lucky 7 (700% damage on critical)

Teleport (spell abilities given by using imbue magic abilities by sovereign, to sneak in and kill)

after she's trained, she'll be named ninja training plan 1 and wait in the Ready list to be equipped manually or use the pre-design equip list from Unit design screen. Finally I can rename her or set it to auto rename by the UI to something like Ninja1,Ninja2,Ninja3 and so on
