[1.06][bug] First city gets Tan-Takreet HUD after load

In campaign, after discovering Tan-Tankreet city I went to search for the map from the wreckage, saved the game and now, after loading it, my first city gets Tan-Tankreet's HUD (this was happening in 1.05 also)
