My crash file is zero length...

Loaded save, played for three turns and crashed again. Zero size crash file but I uploaded the saved game: http://filebin.ca/muhhhn

Also I have mines that I built that are not sending their ore to my cities.

Even if the dump file is blank, there should still be a debug.err in My Documents\My Games\Elemental as that is rewritten each time you start the game and added to as it runs.
