[Bug] Enter to end turn wont work after tactical battles.

Well at least on my usb keyboard (swedish, and swedish OS, vista), after a tactical battle the Enter key (either of the two) wont work to end the turn anymore, really annoying.

I've also seen in same instance, that TAB won't work as a way to get next unit that hasn't moved (US keyboard).
