My sovereign will attack a unit, die (no matter what enemy weak or strong), disappear, the battle results pop up with enemy dead and my units missing, then my sovereign, units, and enemies disappear only to reappear in the exact same spot. After this, every time I attack, the EXACT same thing happens! Any thoughts?
Are they retreating from combat in auto-battle? I've seen units retreat occassionally. Also, your sovereign respawns if you have cities and enough essence.
Otherwise, I've never seen this happen. Odd little bug you've got.
Is this a savegame from before the patch, perhaps?
Nah. They aren't retreating, it just says DEFEAT with a picture of the enemy. And no it isn't a savegame, I started a new one as soon as 1.06 came out.
Your sovereign dies in nuetral territory it starts at closest town with -1 essence. -Jeremy Sr.
Make sure you arm your character too.
No he has a weapon and armor with some familiars. It's only happened a few times but it's kinda strange. He dies then gets back up lol
