[Bug] Quick Move doesn't work in tactical battles

This doesn't need much explanation but Quick Move works in the world map but not in tactical battles. Maybe there should be a second option for tactical battles?

And I know tactical battles can get Quick Move because I have play battles where it was bugged and all the moves were Quick Moves.
