[Suggestion] Adventuring parties

Here's a small idea to add something to heroes: an adventuring tech could unlock the capability to group heroes in a single unit (a bit like a squad), creating an adventuring party, that would behave like squads as far as combat goes, just more versatile. You could create two levels of the tech, one to create parties (up to four heroes?) and one to create bands (up to eight?).

On a side note, a small UI thing missing in tactical battle (maybe already signaled): there's no way to see the statuses on a unit right now (for instance the "tangled web" that you get with some spideys) nor the number of turn they last.

Keep up with the good work!

Great idea!   I think this would add a lot to the depth of the game.

I like this idea.

To add to it - I'd love it if adventuring parties were viable in-game, and continued to be such throughout the duration of that game. For example, if I have one city or ten cities or ten thousand cities, I'd want to be able to sit down and watch adventurers run around and do stuffs. And, using the adventuring tree further, it'd be nice to hire adventuring parties to do stuffs.

I like this idea.

Assuming the healing works just like other squads, then nobody dies unless the entire unit is wiped out.

It seems like a good way to help keep your sovereign and favored champs alive.

Good idea because it'd allow them to compete against larger armies. However, idk if it could be implemented easily.

I guess you would just total up the attack, defense and mana.  For other stats, what do you think about taking the best stat from any of the party?  It's either that or average it.

For APs, it seems like taking the leading stat would be best.   I guess this method would reward stacking a spellcaster with a few fighters.  Multiple spellcasters would lose out on APs and casting opportunities.

Or you could still consider each unit as an individual (for stats): for HP a pool like a squad would be great.

For APs I agree that best stat would be good too: if all special abilities were available to the party, that would make a nice compromise between a lot of APs but weak units, and a strong unit without much AP but many abilities to choose from.
