I've ran into this problem twice in two different single player games, seems to be occurring after 300+ turns. The screen will just go black and the windows report an error thing pops up. I didn't notice anything similar between either crash other than it occurring after a good number of turns..

Are you sure you posted the right debug? That one shows a normal exit from the main menu.
Unfortunately the dump zip appears to be corrupt as well.
