Ok, what drives me crazy is not that my game crashes, its WHEN. It maliciously chooses constantly to crash on those turns when i have just gone to each settlement and chosen to build all my new upgrades, cast spells on all my cities, and bought my heroes the newest equipment. thats just evil! then i have to go back and do it all again! AAAGGHH!!
Is this with 1.06? Have you been posting your crash dumps on the forums? They've been fixing a bunch of them as fast as they can, so it would definitely be beneficial to keep putting up yours so they can find and fix the cause.

My game crashes and locks up so much there is no way I'm going to jump thru hoops post info every time it happens. No game I've ever bought crashes this much. It's pretty much ridiculous. A game that crashes this much should have a built in system for sending the info to the devs. :/
I felt the same just a day ago but after 1.06 I am genuinely dazzelled at the increase in speed and stability on even my basic hardware. What I was fearing was a game needing six months more polish is being whipped into shape and just needs some more balance.
It is not just you that you submit the crash and debug reports for but every player and how much long term succes the game will have (feeding more updates back to you).
Perhaps make a shortcut to the two file locations on your desktop. And every time it happens grab the a copy of each to a new folder location, name them with the current time, then restart and at end of the day zip email the lot in to support.
