Imposible install the game on impulse

I have purchased Elemental. On my Impulse acoount appears the game, but when i select install, the game shows a error message.

 

 The error log is the next:

 

The beta of the application you are attempting to download/register is not available.

 

  I don´t know this, because i have purchased the game not a beta, and i haden´t a beta of this game. 

 

 

  Please help me.
