Trade is pointless (bug)

If you trade anything of yours for gildar (theirs) you will NOT recieve it - in fact you may even LOSE gildar. This is a seriously annoying bug as I cannot seem to sell anything in diplomacy.

example  I noticed my neigbour had 0 metak. I offered 100 for 450. Offer was accepted. My neigbour received 100 metal - I LOST x amount of gold.

Works fine for me too. Selling metal to minor civs for gildar is major source of income.

PS Related to this. Has anyone of you signed two treaties the same turn at some point? Once I sign one, I cannot bring up another one with this faction or another one the same turn.
