After looking a bit into some other factions I wonder at the precise effects of both of the New Pariden traits "Influential" and "Civilized" ... hoping that they are called just that. The tooltips seemed very very nice and so far I have played every longer game with them.
But how do these traits work in ... well ... numbers? I don't see / feel that the Pariden circle of influence expands faster or is bigger from the start. It's just about the same as with the other factions. And "Civilized"? What cost of establishing another settlement? Isn't buidling another city for free after having paid for the pioneer? Or a they SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper for New Pariden?
All in all I find the toopltips on these two abilities a bit vague in contrast to the other ones. Maybe somebody could enlighten me on the actual effects. Maybe I'm just blind, but I don't see / feel any significant effect as with other traits.
Thanks in advance
PS: Talking about Influence in general. How are the corresponding buildings working? I'm certain, its not an immediate increase of say one tile in the radius of the influence circle. So what then? Every other building and its effect is somewhere documented in the city summary. But "influence" is missing. Prestige, yes. But an "influence number" I have yet to find.
