Moriah's Lost Spell Book - no new spells?

What is the result of completing this quest supposed to be?  I completed it, and it said I could research new spells as a result.  I see no new spells.  Will they have "Moriah" or somesuch on the spellbook name?  Can someone give me a spell or two that is researchable as a result of completing this quest, so I can check?  It certainly didn't look like anything new popped up.

Or does it do something completely different?  Basically, I can't discern any result from having finished this quest.

Your spell level might not be high enough to research whatever spells it gives.

I'm up to level 5 currently, about to get 6.  Does anyone know what spells it gives?

It should enable the Raise Mountain spell for research.

I've had the same issue.  There were a couple quests I completed that stated I received a new spell book, but no new spells are available.  I'm at Level 10 in spell (arcane) research.  Do I need to research Advanced Magic spell tech as well?

It gives spellbook that has Greater Raise Land as level 8 spell.

It did not do so on mine.  I am at Level 9 on spells, I completed the quest, and there is no Greater Land Raise spell available.

Well, it works for me.

By the way, game has pretty poor selection of spells above level 5.
