With the latest patch, I'm still getting crashes, including this one, another DX error.

 

But, I also experienced something new.  I ran into a shrill with 33,000 hit points and an attack of 16 million--yes, million!  I have a screenshot which shows it, but I don't know how to post it here.  Needless to say, if it's in my way, I've got to forget about whatever I was going after.

Still getting the crash with the message "DX error: invalid call" with the newest [1.06etc.] patch.  It came pretty early in the first game with the patch.  As has often been the case, it generated no crash files.

Sorry, but I no longer have the save, however since that occurred prior to the last two patches, hopefully it's gone now.  No, the exact number of hit points were 33,031, and the attack figure was 16,358,274.  I have a screenshot, but I don't know how to make it show up here.

Also, my previous two crashes did not generate crash files, but here's a new one which did:

It also produced the "DX error: invalid call" error message.

To clarify, this crash was produced while playing the latest version of the game.

I was attempting to select a city from the list in the upper left when it crashed.

 

By the way, prior to these last two patches, the game seemed to be more-or-less stable, but now it's crashing frequently again.
