Elemental-pre order still no game

Hi guys i pre ordered elemental on the 5th aug, i have been charged 24th aug have the serial and registered the game but still it wont appear in my games or sortware tab and i cant download it. It is now the 26th and since i bought the pre order but havnt even seen the game i am really annoyed. anyone got any suggestions ( i have emailed stardock but they dont seem to understand what im saying and keep saying that the beta has been taken off blah blah blah.

I had the problem that the game did not appear on my games list. Somehow it did not register the serial correctly. Somewhere on the Stardock website there's an option to reset your password. There's also a link on the same page to let them send you all your serials. I took the serial from the email I got and registered it in Impulse. The download started immediately. Dont' know if that will work for you but you may give it a try.
