I've bought the limited edition, but it wasn't shipped yet!
Nor does Stardock give any feedback why!
I've pre-ordered the limited edition on July 10th.
I found it a little bit weird and unintuitive to find my order history. I became worried at game launch, as I received no feedback: the site doesn't say anything about my order status, nor I received any email.
I've wrote to [email protected] and received an automatic reply, asking my to wait until 2 business days for a reply. Two days passed, no reply.
WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY ORDER?! WHY CAN'T I HAVE ANY FEEDBACK ABOUT ITS STATUS? WHY DIDN?T SALES DEPARTMENT REPLY WITHIN THE 2 BUSINESS DAYS AS PROMISSED?
I know Stardock is overwhelmed with bugs feedback and fixing the game, but I think at least the sales department should say something. They are not being professional.
I'm very disppointed. I won't order anything from Stardock EVER again!
