I have just downloaded KewlPad and a new skin but how do i apply it???

Unpack the downloaded skin into the KewlpÄd skins folder (eg: 'kewlpad\skins')
Launch KewlpÄd (if not already running)
Rightclick anywhere in the textarea -> preferences -> select skin

Bingo
