[REQ] Give/Abandon/Destroy Cities

After going to war with a rival kingdom, well on the other side of the map, I found myself holding his poorly placed settlements and unable to be rid of them. I like to keep my borders neat and consolidated, and I like the same for my allies, and I really hate having a poorly placed village with no room to expand clear on the other side of the world in the middle of a friendly kingdom's domain. Is there any way to mod it so that we can abandon or give away cities we own, or at the very least demolish them?

Ah thanks a ton, now if only there were a way to Give/Buy/Sell a city, so that we could properly consolidate our borders and those of our allies.

Didn't there used to be a "Raze City" button or ability? And do you still have to research it (under Seige)?

Maybe that's it, I haven't researched all the tech trees, I mostly focus on Civic, Magic, and Diplomacy.
