Ok first of all the Intro bug at the very end of it, you can actually see that the trees in the red square float and move with the patch in front. I know you cannot see it in this screenshot but just play the intro and look. 
Also how come Sovereign's background doesn't cover the whole back?
Latest graphic driver? Might fix the second problem, it's been mentoined before.
As for the first one... cute, but very certainly not major

Please open your debug.err file in notepad, and link the contents into a post here via pastebin. This will give us some technical information that can help troubleshoot your problem.
The file can be found in My Documents\My Games\Elemental
Be sure to copy the debug immediately after the error occurs; if you start the game again, the debug log will be erased and recreated for the new session.
