Request for an Air Ship (Final Fantasy 6 Style)

I would love to see some Air Ships.  The ones that look like sea vessles but instead of a sail, they have giant ballons.

That seems to be very unrealistic in comparison to the setting of the game.

 

However, I wouldn't mind an increase of emphasis on naval units and associated benefits of obtaining control  of waterways (even if it is only something as vanilla as trade routes).

 

I may have missed it, but it seems like you can only build transports...
