Various Issues (mem leak crashes + more)

I'm really enjoying the game so far.  The new patch today fixed some of the bugs I was going to write about, so that's a great first step (e.g., the fire giant not able to cast his spells).

Issues I'm still encountering:

1.  When I build certain buildings, I'm able to build them again even though they should be unique.

2.  Still getting mem leak crashes.  Gets worse as the game ages.  Running Win 7 - 64 bit.  Using NVIDIA, not ATI.

3.  Often seeing other city names over my cities (city names of enemy or allied persons..  not even my other city names).

4.  It would be nice if there was a way to clean up the tiles around a destroyed city/village so that you could replant a city there.  As it is now, once it's destroyed, all those tiles seem to be wasted and unrecoverable.  That doesn't make any sense to me.

5.  Good news - I was able to initially download E:WoM at over 6 megs/second.  Obviously their download severs are high powered.

6.  Good news - really enjoying the game.  Will be great once they fix the mem leak issues.

7.  My heroes that were created before the Day 0 patch still have forbidden magic books (summoning).  Other pre-created heroes have other books like life and death that my newly created sovereigns can't use.

Please open your debug.err file in notepad, and link the contents into a post here via pastebin. This will give us some technical information that can help troubleshoot your problem.

The file can be found in My Documents\My Games\Elemental

Be sure to copy the debug immediately after the error occurs; if you start the game again, the debug log will be erased and recreated for the new session.

If there was a dump zip created in C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic on Windows XP), please post that too.
