Maximized window?

Whenever I play in a window, the game does not let me maximize that window (button is grayed out). Is there a way of changing this so I can maximize the game without going into full screen? What im trying to do is get the game running full screen on my second monitor. I tried setting it to full screen while its on my second monitor and closing/reopening, but then it just opened full screen on my main monitor instead without remembering the previous screen it was on :(

Window mode and set the resolution to the size of your screen? Or do the borders annoy you? :)

Well not only are the borders bad, but the top border causes the bottom of the window to get cut off. WoW I think is the only game in history that allows you to play in maximized borderless windowed mode which is just plain terrific and I have no idea why other games dont do the same.

Elemental uses maximized borderless window.. that's how I play. You just need the window resolution to match your screen resolution.

I dont get a borderless maximized window, I get a window with a border, regardless of resolution. If I set the resolution to Custom it gives me a maximized borderless window, but its not resizable and its always opened in my main monitor into its resolution. I want it 1680*1050 maximized borderless in the 2nd screen, not the 1920*1200 on the main

Well that's very strange. Even in the beta my window was always borderless fullscreen. You might want to email [email protected] and include your debug.err, dxdiag, and a screenshot of how it looks in fullscreen with a border.

Well the Custom thing would work if I could get the game to remember the previous monitor it was opened on, or have some way of specifying which monitor to open on.

What also sucks is that using Custom (so I get full screen borderless window) I can then move that using UltraMon to the other monitor, and it looks correct, but the mouse pointer is screwed up as its I guess aligned to the other resolutions size. Grrr!
