Gamestops around me aren't stocking Elemental

Gamestops around me aren't stocking Elemental

(more like LAMESTOP) (Seriously)

So the guys at the Gamestop by me said that they don't have Elemental in stock at all, nor do they expect to be getting any.  Even worse, they offered me the Sims 3 as a replacement.  I sarcastically said "Oh yeah, that'll do" before laughing all the way to the exit.

Kinda sucks that they aren't carrying it, but then again, their PC section was essentially StarCraft 2, WoW, the Sims and about four other games, so... yeah.  They'll be dead in 5 years.

Known fact:  Gamestop thinks PC games are not for you.  PS3 and XBOX games are IN and PC games are out.

problem solved

(Yeah, I know it isn't really because some people want what is in the box without paying shipping or whatever)

Best Buy is stocking Elemental but the local stores I have called claim that their initial stock sold out. I assume that the first shipment was too small for many BBs.

On a similar note, why does Best Buy hate PS3?

The PS3 sections, at least at my local stores, are tiny compared to the Xbox and Wii sections.

End of kapeman's quote

I suspect it's because the PS3 is a distant third behind the Wii and 360, and common sense retail says you give preference to products that are in demand.

I rarely find much of anything for the PC at Gamestop. I prefer getting it digitally through Steam or Impulse.

Pc games aren’t tradable (and copy able) and that is their bread and butter. I haven’t bought a hard copy game in three years.
