Empower Hero

Not sure if this is the correct spell name, but there is a spell that the soverign casts called empower hero that allows the soverign to give the hero the ability to cast spells.  When I try to cast it it tells me it will cost 3 essence and gives me a yes/no button.  I click yes, but nothing seems to happen.  My hero still can't cast spells and I don't see any change in my soveriegns abilities.

I think one major bug with Imbue Champion spell - it should NOT be targtetted on land but you should SELECT HERO.

Usually I have many heroes in the pack, and this spell just select one of these heroes - maybe with smallest internal ID. But I need to point - where to put my brilliant Essence. Why it's wasted in that terrible way?

Ya, it's annoying to have to separate them from the group just to do this. It does still do something but it seems to randomly target which hero gets it, and also, you can imbue the same one over and over just giving them more of your essence.
