[Bug V1.0516] Unlimited faction creation points.

I found you can get more than your 10 points when creating a faction. When creating a faction spend your points then uncheck one and change your race. It will recheck that trait while letting you keep your points from unchecking it. You can repeat to end up with something like my screenshot.

Unless it's crashing the game I hope they don't fix it, more variability for those of us who are smart, and a bit of a boost for those like me.  X|

I think it's a bit lame that you can create a custom faction with many more abilities than any of the default factions even without this bug. Hope this is changed in the future (sometime) to give it a bit more depth and balance.
