Hi Krasny,

The pdf manual in the install location has a list of keyboard commands in it, but here are the ones you wanted:

Up or Num 8 Move Up
Down or Num 2 Move Down
Left or Num 4 Move Left
Right or Num 6 Move Right

I can't remember the keys to rotate the camera but if you play the campaign that gives you some instructions on moving the map around.

Numpad keys 8, 6, 4, 2

Yeah I'm pretty sure you can't.

I thought you were supposed to be able to "middle click and hold" your mouse and rotate the camera?  Correct me if I'm wrong.

Problem is, the game doesn't recognize my 'middle click'..

Alborrelli, I have the same problem with a logitech mouse, you can assign the middle click to another button on your mouse if you have one in the logitech setup software and this will work but is not ideal.

Doesn't ctrl+(either arrow or numpad) work? 

i'd check but im booted up in another OS. 

I don't know the keyboard command but I middle click (click down on scroll wheel) and have been able to rotate the map

If you watch the first 10 or 15 seconds of this http://www.screencast.com/t/MmM3ODVlNDU you'll see that Brad does in fact rotate the camera a few times.

I had the same question - so is it click and hold the middle mouse button?

yes hold it down and then move mouse left or right and it'll rotate the map that direction

Any way to do this with a keyboard? I haven't got a middle button in any of my mice.

Better yet, any way to re-map all the commands?
