New Resources popped up after Save & Reload

So there I was saving my game to see if it was going to hold my options in this time. (It had been resetting them before the patch). But, low and behold when I reloaded the saved game I had 3 new resources popup where they weren't before. They were Shard resources at that, Fire, Air and Water. I haven't even researched shard tech yet either. Neat that one was right next to my colony. :)) Just letting you know Brad I'm certainly not one of those complainers like the rest of them. :))

I have also had this happen.  It seems to happen mostly with shards, not other resources.

I have had this happen in the map editor also.  I have had maps where I placed everything by hand - not randomly.  Save it. Then reload it later to make some updates and it has some new shards placed on it.  It happens more frequently than not.  I have not seen it during the game so far.

This should have been fixed for 1.7 (and was, in my case).  If it isn't, you might want to submit your save to Stardock so they can investigate & fix it.

I had family return to life once on a save and reload.  I married off a daughter and her and her husband were reported as dead, I save the game, and reload it a few hours later and lo and behold, they are alive again having babies.  It was a miracle!
