Would it be possible to compile, at some point, a somewhat more comprehensive document on information about how things work in Elemental?
As it is, I really do not understand the details of how
- zones of influence expand / encroach on one another
- hits are determined
- damage is calculated
- morale effects work
- prestige is calculated
- diplomatic capital is calculated
and various other variables in the game. Where might a person go for help? Thank you.
