Hitpoint bug in Parties ?

Created a nation with some hp bonuses, started up a game. A single unit shows the increase in HP. The moment I create a party of them, they seem to not get the hp bonus and get the standard 5hp.

The entire party has only 5hp, or it has 5hp per unit in the party?
