Hey I've got a question about new patch. Is it bug or what ?? When I create sovereign I can choose fire, water spellbook and else but where is summoning ... disappear or what ??

It was taken out for balancing reasons. You need to research it now through the Magic Tree.

It was in the dev journal for day 0.
