Crash in v 1.05 upon entering battle

I was quite a bit into the game, I entered tactical battle successfully before with my sovereign and a few guys against bandits, but later when I had an army fight another kingdoms army, the game crashed and forced a shutdown.

If there was a dump zip created in C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic on Windows XP), please post that too.

Sorry, I couldn't find it (dump file wasn't there). I'll be sure to look for it next time if this happens again.
