I know you guys are busy with 0-day release patches but...

It would be really nice if someone pays for your product, has their credit card debited, actually get a response within the 2 business days stated when one opens a ticket because they still do not have access...Not happy...I'm studying for an exam lately, 8 hours a day, toiling through it and all I wanted was to play this at night to relax so I can do the study all again the next day...but instead I'm constantly refreshing my mail address and opening an closing impulse to see if there's any progress...

Why don't you smoke weed like any other normal student? You will get more bang for the buck, and definitely no bugs.

I haven't gotten any e-receipt. I preordered a few hours before it was actually released, maybe that was the problem...

 

I haven't even been told the date of the exam yet!!! I've just come back from living overseas for 3 years, where I did 'just meet people', now its time to go back to study cuz this world is pretty much 'all about the benjamins', need to get a career and job to live. . .

Don't be harsh on majikayo, he's tired, wired, spent money on something and wants to play with it.  That having been said majikayo, go relax and read a book for an afternoon or two.  It's not what you want to hear, but the game could do with a touch of polish.  Something that we are all enjoying seeing as it happens......

Thx long_fella. I am quite wired atm, refreshing your mail 10+ times a day waiting for something does that to you.I just don't like to not have control over it, if I had it on my hd ready to play it'd be a better motivator to get my study done before I'd enjoy it as I've developed that discipline lately.

Hopefully one day I'll get to play it....and I don't have to go to the trouble of lodging a fraud complaint with the credit card company...

Try sending in another support request. Make sure it's the right email. Make sure it hasn't been sent to the spam box. PM Frogboy himself on the forums.

 

I understand that you're venting but blowing yourself up on the forums is about the least productive thing you can do. You just piss yourself off more while not actually progressing the issue.

Yeah, I know, you're right...Felt really helpless and frustrated nothing was getting done. Just woke up and saw that I got a reply. It seems the system in place doesn't do a good job of recording which email it sends the confirmation email to, nor does it seem to do a good job of recording an actual purchase...

 

I didn't want to bother any of the developers that post here by sending a PM, ultimately they're not the ones who are going to look at it, and it just wastes there time when they could be reading about a bug problem or a suggestion.
