Peasant Units are too strong

Peasant units have greater attack rating and hit points (evil only) than corresponding designed units. Advanced default units do not seem to have the extra attributes.

I believe that this is intended so that beginners players are a little stronger. This is so you don't get slaughtered by turtles in the beginning.

IMO, they shouldn't be buffed so much as it makes the initial unlocked units (Observer and Fwd. Observer) somewhat useless. It'd be an easy fix in the code.
