Transfer of save games

I generally play games spread over several PCs, one during downtime/breaks at work, and then depending on what's going on at Home on one of 2 desktops or a laptop. Is there an easy way to sync or copy saved games or campaign progress in Elemental?

They're located in My Documents\My Games\Elemental\Saves, you should be able to copy them straight over.
