Crossing the barricade in the campaign?

I successfully crossed the barricade after obtaining permission from the Queen Porcupine, or however you spell her name. Afterwards, I went back to my home town, saved and quit the game; upon reloading, I can no longer cross the barricade, which means I'm stuck and can't progress with the campaign.

Help!

Confirm. I went over the barricade on my own, leaving the other morons loosers people behind. And that was that, as they couldn't follow me later...

I have a similar problem. Just out of curiosity, Have you guys got caravans going back and forth through barricade passage?

And also have you installed the 1.01 version and then loaded a save from 1.00?

Nope, no caravans simply because we cannot transfer the barricade.

Yes, I loaded my game from yesterday evening (before the 1.01 patch), and it worked flawlessly.

I would like to put my 2 cents in and say I have the same problem. I didn't try doing it pre 1.01 but with it I definately can not cross now

My caravans on both sides of the barricade would not go through on reloading the campaign today.  Could not get anything through, thankfully my army was on the other side though.

I can verify this bug too.  I'm just waiting until Day 0 comes out tonight and will check again after that.  Finger crossed.

1.05 didn't fix it (so much for the 0-day solution). Getting a refund - sorry, but this game is a piece of crap which needs another half a year of work to become playable.

I too cannot cross back over the barricade. Janusk and some of my troops are on the other side as I didnt take them all with me, and now I am stuck. Caravans will not go through.

On August 25th playing the latest patched version of the game (main menu lists it as 1.05). I had to save game after talking to Queen and she gave permission to cross the barrier in beginning of campaign. My Journal includes message stating - "You can now pass through the Queen's blockade." After reloading the campaign, however, nothing I can do, no where I click with mouse or any keyboard movement I attempt will get me past the barricade. I have a saved game to verify bug if some one can tell me where to email it if its useful.

I have the same problem cant cross barrier, did cross it once not sure if the new patch has broken it but no of my people can cross it atm.

Happened to me just now (on the latest patch) so I came to the forums to report it.

Had to quit, came back through an auto-save and couldn't pass though.  FYI, I have an army on either side of the gate and neither could get to the opposite side.

I finished the quest, got the permision to pass, but didn't pass and returned to the city. And when I tried later to get through the stupid blocade I couldn't. Looks like we gotta wait a beat for Stardock fixing all major issues, because the game is simply unplayable so far. But I like it anyway.

Build town next to barricade. Wait until borders expend beyond barricade. Use teleport.

We've got an internal repro on not being able to cross the barricade after doing Procipinee's second mission, so hopefully we should have a solution soon.

Exact same problem.  I can't get anyone on the other side of the blockade.  Very disappointing as I was really getting into the game and had set aside a four hour chuck of time to dedicate to the game.  I hope it is fixed soon.  In the meantime I guess I will play more SCII :)

End of MxM111's quote

This became my preferred mode of travel during the campaign.  Never had any idea where I was supposed to go, since when there was in game text it offered helpful tips like "go North" which was of course wrong.  Ended up just exploring the whole map, building cities when I hit mountains or a line of gridless tiles that I couldn't walk across.  At one point while stuck at the barricade I came across a map online of where to take your ships.. ships? I never had any ships.
