I was trying to create groups of archers, once I got to advanced archery (warefare level 5) I went to research logistics to make groups, but it is gone. There was no scroll bar. I didn’t research it and it’s not a choice, what happened? Is it randomly available?
Is this a bug or is this intended?
I've read this before, so maybe it actually is a bug. Most definitely sounds like one.
Are you playing good or evil? I've noticed that logistics is an option for good races. Evil also get it but under a different name
Good. I saw logistics when I was getting archery up. Just surprised that it was gone later.
You sure you haven't already researched it? AFAIK it should never disappear.
Things have a chance of coming up, if you don't get it the first time you see it it might not be there the next time, but it will come back around and you'll have a chance at it then.
This. Take a look at the research screen with warfare selected, it should show you what techs have a chance at coming up. Is logistics there?
If it is, keep researching and it'll reappear as an option. If it's not, either you already got it or some kind of a bug happened.
I selected warfare and logistics was just gone. I advanced two more level and it still never appeared. I also can't make groups of archers at a town, only single units. When I get home, I'll get some screen shots.
BUT at least it's not supposed to happen, that is good news.
If you hit the Completed button at the bottom of the tech screen, is it also missing on that list?
Hi, could you post a save with the logistics tech missing, so that we can load it up and see if anything funny happened to that tech? Thanks.
Yea, I"ll get a save game going but at work right now. Be home around 6pm EST.
