I have to say, even though there are still some tweaks needing to be done, even the interim Day 0 build is more of what I was expecting 30 days out. Vastly improved and changed from Beta 4. I cannot imagine where this game will be +30 days.

Yes the naysayers will whine about no MP for a week. Most of them will say they were justified in their concerns. All I have to say is my trust in StarDock was not misplaced, and I am VERY VERY happy!

Looking forward to the full Day 0 tomorrow/later today.

No, no one has been pwned. We're at the stage where people are figuring out if they like the game or not. It's not really fair to properly assess what the game is at this point until you get your hands on the patch. Wait til then to make your conclusion. :)
