Elemental crashes with a black screen

I just installed the game, when I try to run it, it crashes after a black screen and shifting resolution. I got the debug.err file in http://pastebin.ca/1923693

There is no dump file in game directory, it's installed in E:\Impulse\Elemental if that makes a difference.

Your video drivers are three months old, try updating them off ATI's website.

I have installed newest ATI drivers, game still crashes here is new debug.err I don't see anything new there but why not post it

It could be notorious ATT-thing. Try to close Ati Tray Tools.
