[BUG] Cannot end turn

http://filebin.ca/mupqg/debug.err

I'm only a few turns (10 or so?) into a new game, and the button to proceed to the next turn is grayed out. I've tried canceling and reissuing movement orders, but that didn't seem to help. Debug file is at the external link.

Thanks.

If it's still stuck on save/reload, please provide the savegame too.

It happens two turns in for me. I found that if I zoomed in and out on my town a few times, it would prompt a message from Jan, and allow me to end the turn.

Also, a few turns in I get my first points in research, but the window to select a research group is blank. No images/colours/descriptive texts. Neither of these problems were popping up in my other games.

Just a bit of an update:

These issues only seem to occur while playing on a different windows user from the one Elemental was installed under. This second user should have full admin rights, so I don't see what the problem is, but there is something. Likewise, though I uninstalled Elemental before installing the pre-release version last night, I am (while playing on this second user) asked to customize my faction when starting a new game. Something that should no longer be possible, and which doesn't happen when launching the game from the first user's account.

So... yeah. Weird!

Make sure you have no units that are waiting to be moved.  Occasionally a peasant in the middle of nowhere stopped me from ending my turn.

This was early enough that the only units I had were my Sovereign and Jan.

Ok, turns out my end turn problem was caused by my scout getting stuck somewhere. After I moved him, I could end turn all right. Should be fixed anyway, just thought you guys might want to know.

What causes this? How can I tell if someone is stuck? I have never played one of these type of games before but I am enjoying it. However, I was stuck on turn 110 for over an hour before it suddenly worked and switched on to turn 111. I wish I knew what caused it so I can avoid it in the future. I'm sure it's just a stoopid newbie mistake :)

Thanks in advance.

For me it seems to be related to Janusk's little tutorial messages. Zooming in and out on a town or on my sovereign seems to work (most) of the time.

I've just encountered the same problem.

Happened to me as well.  It was due, for me, to having gotten a bunch of messages at once ... I got a new spell ... research completed ... and a scout I had all got attacked at once when I ended my last turn.

The first two windows (spellbook and research) came up, but the combat box never popped for the scout getting mauled by a big wolf, so the game refused to let me continue because it was waiting (I assume) for feedback from the scout.

I had to destroy the unit for the game to progress.
