How do I delete large forests/mountains ranges in the map editor without getting carpel tunnel?

Do I really have to click on every single tile individually to make changes?..... or is there something I'm missing?

You can increase your brush size by pressing the + key on your numberpad. The - key decreases the brush size. This works for "Destroy Objects" as well as the "Forest Tool".
