Softness (Adv Lighting), huh?

What does the "Softness (Adv Lighting)" option do anyway? I've changed it from 0 to 50 to 100, no difference. I've started a new game after each setting and taken a print screen to compare the character, no difference. I've rebooted the game, no difference.

I could post the comparison screenies, but there'd be no point since there's no visible difference at all. hmmm

It should change the strength of the bloom effect. Also the enable is separate from the strength, so make sure that it's actually turned on
