Elemental War of Magic Deals

Place to look for shaving off a few more dollars from the retail prices.

Amazon preorder of the game gives you $10 off a future video game purchase. (You still have one day to preorder)

Buy.com lists the game a little cheaper and when you bundle it with coupons listed here http://www.techbargains.com/buycomcoupons.cfm?r=1 it comes out cheaper still.

E:WoM buy.com price = 46.99

Tax                         =   4.11

Total                       =  51.10

Use the $10 off $50 at Buy.com when you use eBillme at Checkout w/ coupon: AFF10SUN for a grand total of $41.10.

 Use the same for getting the limited edition and it comes down to a total of $54.15. I admit you wouldn't get it  on day 1 but tis the price of cheap hehe

Buy stuff totaling about $100 and use the $5 off Orders $100+ (NEW CUSTOMERS)

then use $20 off $100 at Buy.com when you use eBillme at Checkout w/ coupon: AFF20SUN

and you just bought $100 stuff for just $75 (25% off woot!)

Excuse me but you are still buying their games. And sometimes, all someone needs is a great deal to push them into buying it. I myself pre-ordered the normal one but when I saw the buy.com deal for the limited edition, I went ahead and gotten that instead.

Some people like yourself has a lot of disposable income and it is fine and dandy that you would support stardock by paying full retail but for some, who for one reason or another, would rather pinch pennies then these are their choices.

Using coupons is a great idea! We're fine with however people wish to legally buy our game, as long as they use the money saved to buy expansion packs a year down the road. B)

Besides, it's not like stores doing sales actually cuts into Stardock's profits from it. It cuts into the stores' profits per box, and the sale is intended to sell more boxes instead. Same concept with general coupon code sales. Give some money off on whatever, and you'll just get more people to buy stuff from you to take advantage of it.

I'd rather support Stardock than try to get something on the cheap from them.
End of rossanderson48's quote

Umm...

You know, there comes a point when you go beyond "supporting" and are just explicitly licking their balls. Are you seriously denying YOURSELF a legal discount because you have some misplaced feeling of loyalty?

I mean, why don't you support them by donating money? Have you purchased every piece of software available on Impulse? If you haven't, why? That would be a lot of revenue for them.

Barnes and Noble has the game 5 bucks of retail. Couple that with some of their coupons(at the very least free shipping on orders over $25) and it should shave off a few more.
