Stupid Question please help :)

I know its kind of stupid but i am pretty sure i preordered the game about 3 weeks ago . Although i dont see any email in my inbox about the confirmation of the purchace is it any other way to make sure that i have preordered? I have searched all impulse and it doesnt seem to be an option about viewing pre-orders

Well, right now I'd just wait if I were you, because if you did successfully preorder it, you'll get an email saying you can play it, and it'll appear in your "My Games" in impulse. If neither of those happen within the next fivish hours, chances are you did not successfully preorder it.

I think i got the email but i deleted it along with some others. Well as i have seen other people got the same problem i will just have to wait and see what will happen . Maybe it will come eventually . Do you think its prudent to send an email to the sales department to confirm the purchase?

It never hurts to have more information, but I wouldn't write the email until the morning (or... in 7-8 hours, whatever that is for you). If you still haven't gotten your key by then, it's worth checking into.
