If you load up Impulse and use your serial # you can download the latest retail release version and it will work.  That is how that person on YouTube got it to work.

That's kind of what I was wondering.  I thought the disc was supposed to have no DRM?  Then why can he not install it and play it?

The retail boxed version should work without ever seeing the internet at all right?

Well I have since seen the video and i noticed he downloaded it where as I installed it off of the CD.  I did put in my serial number but that still didnt work.  I have now deleted it and am downloading it to see if that makes a difference.  I didnt mean to cause I problem, I just came confused and found myself in the middle of something.  I know you guys have bigger stuff going on then my garbage, I was just concerned at first that my serial number was stolen or something else was wrong but now I see it is just in the middle of a release and there is all kinds of stuff happening.  I will post what happens with the download, however the baby just woke up and the wife just woke up so I will have to see if I can lull them to sleep later
