This may have been asked elsewhere, but I don't find the search engine very helpful.

 

Will the game come with tutorial scenarios to help teach the game elements?

The campaign will introduce the game world and a number of mechanics. A spoony bard will also offer his services of tutorial messages at the start of game (you can disable the messages in the options if you just want him along to hit things).
